Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Board of Directors of KJMC Financial Services Limited ('the Company'), at its meeting held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, has inter alia\r\n\r\n(i) Considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 as recommended by the Audit Committee to the Board of Directors of the Company ('Annexure-A');\r\n\r\n(ii) Taken on record the Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, obtained from Statutory Auditors of the Company ('Annexure-B').\r\n\r\nPlease note that the Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:20 P.M. and concluded at 7:00 P.M.
